I enjoy creative problem-solving, designing impactful experiences, and storytelling. I first encountered design thinking as a middle school teacher, where I collaborated with a team to co-design custom learning expeditions. As a teacher, I prioritized defining student problems, needs, and goals to develop joyful, impactful lesson plans. Teaching also honed my skills in quickly testing prototypes, gathering insights, and making iterations to make the next day’s lesson more effective for the students.

You can find me doing yoga, performing in live storytelling or improv shows, or experimenting with vegan baking when I'm not designing.

As someone who spent the majority of her life in a classroom, I love learning! I’m always looking for opportunities to meet and learn from other people, develop new skills, or try a new hobby.
